Abstracts should be 2 pages of A4 size format (2 Mb maximum), including tables, figures and references. They will be organized as Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results and Discussion, Conclusions and References according the following guidelines :
TITLE (ARIAL, SIZE 12, CAPITAL LETTERS, BOLD, CENTERED PARAGRAPH, SINGLE SPACE) Affiliation of authors, address and e-mails (Arial italic, 10, single space).
Text Single spaced. Arial, size 10, leaving 2.5 cm margins and justified paragraph.
• All Titles as Introduction, Results and Discussion, Conclusion …, should be written using Arial, size 11, bold.
Tables X – Insert the table after the caption (Arial 10 bold, centered)
Figures X – Insert the Figure before the caption (Arial 10 bold, centered)
References (Arial, size 9).. They should be numbered in brackets (1) all through the text and a list should be given at the end

Abstracts should be submitted in electronic form in a MSword (2003 and next versions).
The duration of the plenary lectures (invited speakers) will be 30 minutes + 10 minutes for questions The duration of other lectures will be 15 minutes + 5 minutes for questions
Poster size will be A0 (84 cm x 118 cm) or 90 cm x120 cm (portrait)
Full text of selected papers (oral presentations or posters) will be considered for publication in a special issue of Packaging Science and Technology dedicated to MATBIM 2012, following the usual peer reviewing procedure.
