Dijon is also served by a small airport with flight coming from Bordeaux, Nantes, Toulouse and Southampton (see http://www.aeroport.dijon.cci.fr for details)
The closer airports are Charles de Gaulle and Orly airports at Paris. From these, you can transfer to Dijon, by Metro via Paris town center and Train. The Saint-Exupery airport in Lyon, the Mulhouse-Basel airport and Geneva airport could also be convenient.
There are direct high speed trains (TGV-SNCF) approximately every hour from Paris ("Gare de Lyon" station) or from Lyon ("Gare Part-Dieu" station).

A special direct train from Charles de Gaulle airport (CDG airport) to Dijon is scheduled every day at about 20.00.
From the Dijon station, 2 bus lines and taxis are available (see below)
From Paris via the A6 motorway, exit Dijon center, across town (follow Quetigny) and Campus Montmuzard. From north via the A5 and A31 motorways (Lille, Reims, Nancy), and from east by the A39 (Besançon, Strasbourg, Mulhouse, Geneva) exit "Dijon sud" (Quétigny), and then exit "university". From south by A6 (Lyon), exit "Dijon centre", and then exit "Université"
